The full-automatic VAV PP fume cupboard which can be used with the steel wood test bench is described as follows:

1. Cabinet body: it is made of strong acid and alkali resistant chemicals, impact resistant porcelain white PP board imported with original packaging, semi permanent, 8-12mm thick, strong acid resistant, chemical, non corrosive and non rusty.

2. Exhaust lining: the imported acid and alkali resistant and corrosion-resistant PP plate is used as the lining material, with a thickness of more than 8mm. The mold is pressed out and controlled by ABS plastic switch. The upper and lower parts are equipped with automatic balance without sections, and the glass is regarded as the slide rail. The 0-100% opening can be positioned arbitrarily without sections.

3. Window sliding door system: made of 5mm thick toughened glass (plexiglass or PC board can be selected according to the actual use), the handle frame and slide rail adopt PP injection molding, with acid and alkali resistance and explosion-proof function.

4. Lighting device: two sets of full close cover 20 / 30 / 40W fluorescent lamps, positive sign products, PP shaped lampshade, and white PVC light equalizing plate.

5. Exhaust outlet: 8-12 inch air outlet according to site requirements.

6. Adjustment foot: plastic steel mold is used to form the non metal part exposed, and the level can be adjusted according to the site ground.
