Tuning fork object level switch is a universal object limit switch. The tuning fork is excited by piezoelectric crystals to produce vibrations. When the fork is immersed in liquid or solid, the vibration frequency changes. This frequency change is detected by the electronic circuit and an on-off quantity is output. Tuning fork level switch is not affected by dielectric parameters, turbulence, agitation, bubbles, vibration and other factors, and has no moving parts, so it is an ideal choice for level switch under complex working conditions without maintenance and adjustment.
