Under normal circumstances, it is often used as a matching between temperature transmitters, regulators and other display instruments, and constitutes a control system between them. It can directly measure and control the fluid, gas and steam and other media between 0 ℃ - 1800 ℃.

The precautions for using platinum rhodium thermocouples are as follows:

I. when selecting the platinum rhodium thermocouple compensation wire, it is very important for the selection of its model, especially the phenomenon of wrong connection can not occur in self polarity, and the temperature between the compensation wire and the thermocouple connection end can never exceed 100 ℃;

2. If the platinum rhodium thermocouple with large time constant is used, and the temperature is controlled or measured at the same time, the temperature will fluctuate slightly on the display of the instrument, but the fluctuation of the furnace temperature is very large in fact. In order to measure the temperature more accurately, the platinum rhodium thermocouple with small constant should be selected;

3. According to the wiring diagram of platinum rhodium thermocouple on the instrument, connect and power on the equipment. At this time, the graduation number of thermocouple will be displayed on the instrument, followed by the measuring range of the instrument, and then the temperature will be set according to the display on the digital tube of the instrument, then the measured temperature will be displayed on the digital tube of the upper row;

4. The platinum rhodium thermocouple can not be directly installed on the measured medium or the area with less flow. If the temperature of the gas is measured by the measuring tube in the platinum rhodium thermocouple, it must be ensured that it is installed in the reverse flow direction and that it is in full contact with the gas.
