Diaphragm pressure gauges are suitable for the measurement of corrosive, non - solidification or non - crystallization of a variety of fluid medium pressure or negative pressure. The corrosion resistance of diaphragm pressure gauges depends on the diaphragm material.
◆ structure principle:
The diaphragm pressure gauge consists of a measuring system (including flange joint, corrugated diaphragm), a drive indicating mechanism (including connecting rod, gear drive mechanism, pointer and dial) and a housing (including case and ring). The diaphragm pressure gauge housing is a splash proof structure with good tightness, so it can protect its internal mechanism from contamination.
Diaphragm pressure gauges work on the basis of deformation of the elastic element (diaphragm on the measuring system). Diaphragm pressure gauges under the pressure of the measured medium, forcing the diaphragm to produce the corresponding elastic deformation - displacement, with the help of connecting rod group through the transmission mechanism of the transmission and amplification, by fixed on the gear of the needle on the dial to indicate the measured value.
