Description
The dual needle pressure gauge is mainly used for measuring the pressure of hydraulic system or cylinder on locomotive and rolling stock, but also for measuring the pressure of copper alloy, tin and lead alloy brazing non-corrosive, non-crystalline and solidified media. Two needle pressure gauges can simultaneously measure two pressures of the same or different (the difference between the two should generally not be greater than 1/3 of the scale range).
Structure principle: 1. The instrument is composed of two sets of measuring systems and indicating devices. 2. The working principle of the instrument is based on the elastic deformation of the elastic element (the spring tube in the measuring system). That is, under the pressure of the measured medium, the ends of the two spring tubes are forced to produce corresponding displacement respectively. By means of a tie rod driven by the wheel drive mechanism, the two measured values are indicated on the dial by the red and black Pointers fixed on the wheel shaft.
