First, liquid receiving material.

We need to consider the medium measured by the pressure transmitter. Generally, the contact medium of the pressure transmitter is made of 316 stainless steel. If your medium is not corrosive to 316 stainless steel, then basically all the pressure transmitters are suitable for you to measure the medium pressure. If your medium is corrosive to 316 stainless steel, we need to use chemical seal, which can not only measure the pressure of the medium, but also effectively prevent the contact between the medium and the liquid receiving part of the pressure transmitter, so as to protect the pressure transmitter and extend the service life of the pressure transmitter.

Second, the accuracy distinction of high temperature pressure transmitter

Every electronic type of measuring meter will have accuracy errors, but because the Accuracy grades marked by different countries are different, for example, the accuracy of national standards such as China and the United States is the best part of the online sensor, that is, the accuracy between 10% and 90% of the measurement range as we usually call it; the accuracy of European standards is the worst part of the linearity, that is, we usually call it The accuracy of the measurement is between 0% and 10% and 90% and 100%.

Third, the range.

In general, the maximum range of sensor measurement is 70% of the full range of the sensor, which is the best. That is to say, to measure the pressure of 70bar now, we should choose 100bar as the range of the pressure transmitter

Fourth, output signal.

At present, due to the needs of various acquisition, there are many kinds of output signals of pressure transmitter in the market, mainly including 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-10V, 0-5V, etc., but the more commonly used ones are 4-20mA and 0-10V. In the above mentioned output signals, only 4-20mA is two-wire system (we say the output is several wire system, excluding grounding or shielding wire), and the others are three wire system.

Fifth, medium temperature.

Because the signal of high temperature type pressure transmitter is partially converted by electronic circuit, generally, the temperature of measuring medium of high temperature type pressure transmitter is - 30 to + 100 degrees. If the temperature is too high, we usually use condensation bend to cool the medium, so that the cost of manufacturing a high temperature resistant pressure transmitter specially for you will be greatly reduced.

Sixth, measuring medium.

Generally, we measure relatively clean fluid, so we can directly use a standard pressure transmitter. If the medium you measure is easy to crystallize or viscous, we usually use an external diaphragm or use it together with a chemical seal, which will effectively prevent the medium from blocking the pressure measuring hole.

Seventh, others.

After determining the above six parameters, confirm the process connection interface of your high temperature pressure transmitter and the power supply voltage of the pressure transmitter; if it is used in a special industrial award situation, consider the explosion-proof level.
