Description
The type 1151/3351gp pressure transmitter is used to measure liquid level, density and pressure of liquid, gas or vapor, and then convert it into 4 ~ 20mA DC signal output. The 1151/3351gp intelligent pressure transmitter can communicate with the HART hand operator to set up, monitor or establish a field monitoring system with the host unit. The 1151/3351gp field adjustment intelligent pressure transmitter is a new product developed by our company according to the field requirements. It can be detached from the manual operator to achieve field zero adjustment and configuration operation by pressing buttons. 1. Performance specification (zero reference calibration range, reference condition, silicone oil filled, 316 L stainless steel isolation diaphragm) Analog and linear: ±0.2% calibration range 1.1.2. Stability 1.2.1. Digital and intelligent: 6 months, ±0.1%URL 1.2.2. Analog and linear: 6 months, ±0.2%URL 1.3.1. Simulation and linear zero error: ±0.5%URL/56℃ overall error: ±(0.5%URL+0.5% calibration range) /56℃ 1.4. Vibration influence in any axis upward, vibration influence at 200Hz is ±0.05%URL/g 1.5. Power influence is less than ±0.005% output range/volt. 1.6. Load effect: no load effect, unless the supply voltage changes. 1.7. When electromagnetic interference/radio frequency interference (EMI/RFI influence) ranges from 20 to 1000MHz and the field intensity reaches 30V/M, the output drift is less than ±0.1% range. 1.8. The zero drift affected by the installation position is ±0.25kPa at most. All zero drift can be corrected; No effect on range. 2.2.1. Digital and intelligent adjustment can be made with native range and zero button, or remote adjustment with HART manual operator 2.2.2. Analog, linear range and zero continuous adjustable 2.3. For positive zero migration, the range upper limit is less than or equal to +URL. The calibration range should be greater than or equal to the smaller range. 2.4. Output digital and intelligent: 4 ~ 20mA DC, users can choose linear or square root output. The digital process variables are superimposed on the 4 ~ 20mA signal, which can be used for the upper computer using HART protocol to use analog, linear: 4 ~ 20mA DC, linear with the process pressure.
