Measuring range of pressure gauge: since the pressure gauge is driven by the deformation of measuring element and the rotation of pointer through the amplification mechanism, so as to display the pressure value, we should also pay attention to the selection of measuring range. Generally, it is ideal that the large pressure measured is 3 / 4 or 2 / 3 of the measuring range of pressure gauge. If the large pressure is selected, the change of pointer is small, and the pressure value read out is not accurate. If the small pressure is selected, the change of pointer is small Yes, the pressure gauge will be damaged due to overload.
