Scope of application: this product is suitable for power distribution line distribution with rated power frequency voltage 3.6/ kv-26/35kv. Service characteristics: the rated power frequency voltage Uo/U is 3.6/6kv-26/35kv. ● the allowable long - term high operating temperature of the cable conductor is 90℃. ● in the case of short circuit (* long duration not exceeding 5s) the * high temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 250℃. ● the ambient temperature during cable laying shall not be lower than 0℃. Cable bending radius: three-core cable shall not be less than 15 times of the outer diameter of the cable; A single-core cable shall not be less than 20 times the outer diameter of the cable.
Selection of cable rated voltage
● the rated voltage of the cable shall be suitable for the operating condition of the cable system, expressed as Uo/U (Um) KV. Uo-- rated power frequency voltage between conductors for cable design to ground or metal shielding; U-- rated power frequency voltage between conductors for cable design; Um-- the * large value of "* high system voltage" that the device can withstand.
The Uo values of cables for three-phase systems are recommended as follows:
U kv | Um kv | Uo * kv | |
Class A and B systems | C class system | ||
6 | 7.2 | 3.6 | 6 |
10 | 12 | 6 | 8.7 |
15 | 17.5 | 8.7 | 12 |
20 | 24 | 12 | 18 |
30 | 36 | 18 | - |
35 | 40.5 | 21 | 26 |
Class A system -- any phase conductor of this system can be separated from the system within 1min when it comes into contact with the ground or ground conductor; Class B systems - this type of system * includes conditions for short-running of single-phase ground fault which shall not exceed 1h, but in any case, *** shall not exceed 8h and the total duration of ground fault shall not exceed 125h per year; Class C systems - systems that do not belong to class A or class B.
