Description
One, a product profile of the power cable in transmission and distribution system, this company produces the ac rated voltage 0.6/1 kv PVC insulated power cable and crosslinked xlpe power cables, 35 kv and below the performance is not accord with a standard GB1276 and * * * "and IEC60840, and has formed series, namely, flame retardant, fire-resistant type, cold type and waterproof type power cable. In flame retardant series products, successfully applied the technology of oxygen isolation, not * * * 0.6/1 kv flame retardant PVC insulated and cross-linked polyethylene insulation of power cable can achieve GB/T12666.5 "into A bunch of power cable fire test method" in class A, and rated voltage up to and including 6/10 kv 8.7/15 kv crosslinked polyethylene flame retardant power cable can reach A high class A demand and A large margin. On the basis of high flame retardant insulation of crosslinked polyethylene, the low-smoke halogen-free high-flame retardant oxygen-proof power cable is developed, and its low-smoke halogen-free performance conforms to the national standard GB/T17651.1.2 and GB/T17650.1.2. In this way, the overall level of the company's crosslinked polyethylene power cable is lower than domestic **** status. The fire-resistant power cable produced by our company is rated voltage 0.6/1kv copper core cable. It can also produce low-smoke halogen-free fire-resistant power cable and high-flame retardant oxygen-proof fire-resistant power cable. Its fire-resistant performance conforms to GB/T12666.6 test method for fire resistance of wires and cables. Therefore, the overall performance of fire - resistant power cables is excellent and reliable. The water resistance of fireproof cable conforms to iec502-2. Type, name and purpose of the cable

Iii. Scope of production

Note :1. Single-core armored cable *** is used for dc system. If it is used for ac system, non-magnetic armored layer should be used.
2. We can produce various kinds of five-core cables with 0.6/1kv circular conductor structure or fan-shaped conductor structure according to customer requirements.

Iv. Matters needing attention in power cable installation, operating characteristics and operating conditions

1. Notes for power cable installation

When the cable is installed in parallel with the heat pipe, the distance shall be 2m, while when it is crossed, the distance shall be 0.5m.
When the cable is installed parallel to or across other pipelines, a distance of 0.5m shall be maintained.
When installing the cable directly buried, the depth of 1-35kv cable directly buried shall not be less than 0.7m.
When the cables under 10KV are installed in parallel, the net distance between them shall be no less than 0.1m, and 10-35kv shall be no less than 0.25m; The distance for cross installation shall not be less than 0.5m.
Cable laying temperature shall not be lower than 0℃, bending radius: multi-core cable ≥15(D+ D), single-core cable ≥20(D+ D), (D is cable outer diameter, D is conductor outer diameter).
Cable joints of 6KV and above:
(1) when installing the cable terminal head, the semiconductor electrical shielding layer shall be *** stripped off, and the insulation shall not be damaged during operation. The uneven cutting marks shall be avoided, and sandpaper shall be used when necessary; The shielding end should be flat and the graphite layer (carbon particles) should be removed.
Plastic insulated cable end copper tape shield and steel armor *** good grounding, short circuit also follow the principle, to avoid three phase unbalanced operation of steel armor end induction electromotive force, and even "lighting" and burning sheath accidents. The ground lead wire shall be braided copper wire with tin plating, and shall be welded with ferrochrome and tin when connected with the copper belt of the cable.
(3) three-phase copper tape shielding should be connected to the ground wire, pay attention to the shielding earthing wire and steel wire grounding should be respectively derived, mutual insulation, welding location of the ground wire should be as far as possible.
Basic requirements for cable ends and intermediate joints: a. Good connection of conductors; B. The insulation is reliable, and it is recommended to use radiation crosslinked heat-shrinkable silicone rubber insulation material; C. Good sealing; D. Sufficient mechanical strength to adapt to various operating conditions.
Cable ends shall be used to prevent erosion by water and other corrosive materials to prevent breakdown due to aging of insulation layer caused by water trees.
Cable handling shall be handled by crane or forklift truck. Flat transportation and laying are prohibited. Cable cable shall be installed by cable car to avoid external force damage or abrasion caused by manual dragging.
If the cable cannot be laid in time for any reason, it should be stored in a dry place to prevent sun exposure and water inflow at the end of the cable.
Note: the installation of wire and cable should be familiar with the performance of wire and cable installation personnel or full-time technical personnel as, if there is still unclear, please consult the relevant technical departments or plant technical department.
