I. gas cylinder room.

2. It has good ventilation and sufficient explosion discharge area. The indoor ground shall be provided with fire-proof flowers and anti-static measures;

3. Combustible gas cylinders (H2, C2H2) and combustion supporting gas cylinders (O2) shall be arranged separately;

4. Leakage alarm system shall also be set up.

2. Chromatography room.

1. All pipelines in the central laboratory shall be planned as a whole and arranged in a centralized way to facilitate installation, operation and maintenance;

2. All process pipeline main pipes introduced into the central laboratory shall be equipped with shut-off valves, and pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, filters, pressure reducing valves, etc. shall be set as required. The valve or instrument should be set at the position convenient for observation and maintenance;

3. Combustible and explosive gases such as hydrogen, acetylene, oxygen, etc. should be laid with open lines;

4. The pipes should be arranged in a centralized way and exposed along the wall, which is convenient for installation and maintenance;

5. The equipment platform using cylinder gas pipeline shall be arranged away from the wall, and the maintenance space reserved shall not be less than 600mm;

6. The hydrogen pipeline should be welded instead of threaded connection and gate valve.
