The experimental platform made of steel and wood is called steel wood experimental platform. There are two kinds of structures in the steel wood structure experiment platform: one is C-frame, the other is H-frame. C-frame structure is simple, flexible and changeable, and can be combined at will; H-frame structure is dignified and generous, with good bearing performance. C-frame can choose suspended cabinet and push cabinet structure, which is convenient for installation and disassembly, and is conducive to laboratory cleaning; H-frame steel structure, which can make the load-bearing of the experimental platform reach more than 500kg, meeting the use requirements of large-scale precision instruments. Here is the installation procedure of the steel and wood test bench explained by the equipment of the Haomai laboratory:

I. installation of steel frame for steel wood test stand:

1. According to the total length of the steel and wood test bench indicated in the construction drawings, select a suitable cross beam, and fix the cross beam to the steel frame with self drilling screws. Note: the steel frame shall not be directly placed on the rough ground, but shall be slightly padded. The joint between the beam and the steel frame shall be horizontal, and its position shall affect the level of the steel wood test bench. The thickness of the gap between the pumping surface and the beam shall be measured. When screwing, pay attention to the parallelism between cross beams.

2. Before installing the steel wood test bench, first observe the front and side of the steel frame. The joints of all the steel frame beams and square tubes shall not be welded on the visible surface. Mark the height of the cabinet body on the steel frame or make a fence with the same height as the cabinet.

3. Check whether the horizontal and vertical lines of the steel frame of the steel wood structure physical experiment platform are horizontal with a level ruler, and meet the requirements by adjusting the adjusting foot. On the premise of ensuring the level, the cabinet can be hung. Two methods can be used, horizontal and vertical, which are basically similar.

II. Installation cabinet of steel and wood test bench:

1. Screw the support joist on the steel frame to the height below the cabinet body, and then put it into the cabinet body. The steel wood test bench connects each cabinet with 4 * 30 screws, pushes down the two ends of the cabinet body and the two ends of the steel frame flush, and uses a wrench to tighten the nuts of the support joist to make it fully bear the force; install the side sealing plate, fix it with small right angles and screws, and do not recommend silica gel.

2. Installation of drawer:

1. Check whether the drawer is pulled smoothly and whether there is abnormal sound. If the drawing is not smooth, there may be two reasons: - the slide rail on the cabinet side plate is not correctly positioned, and the screw is not correct.

2. Fill the drawer with slide rail into the cabinet, drill four holes on the top of the drawer with 4mm twist drill, and arrange the distance according to the width of the drawer; install the drawer panel, and punch 4 * 30MM screws from the reserved holes on the back to find the position.

3. The installation of the door panel is to ensure that the gap is s2mm, and the cross between the horizontal and vertical lines is not misplaced; the vertical surface of the door panel and the extraction surface can be inspected with a long straight strip; when the door panel and the extraction surface switch do not collide with the four sides, the hinge screws must be tightened to prevent the door panel from falling off.

4. White silica gel shall be applied to the bonding part between the steel wood test bench and the steel frame. During the operation, attention should be paid to protect the steel and wood test bench top to avoid scratches. If the reagent rack is installed on the table, the installation shall be carried out after the glue is solidified.
